online Credit Card service is provided by KAGI, a
California based company, on secure servers.
Please DO NOT send checks to
KAGI. KAGI is for credit cards only!
- How credit card orders are processed

- KAGI will send you an acceptance via
Email within 48 hours.
We are normally notified by KAGI at the same time and will Email you
a password to unlock the evaluation version immediately (see
note below). The software will be shipped the same week by Air Mail.
Note: Please
note that we are not working 24/24 hours, 7 days a week. Any
confirmation arriving Friday will be processed Monday morning EST
(which mean in Asia this means Monday night).
Don't Email KAGI for
passwords requests. KAGI is not a software company
and does only Credit Card processing for us. They DO NOT distribute
the software, and DO NOT send passwords, we do. If you received your
confirmation and did not receive an Email from us in a 24 hours
delay on an opening day please send us an Email with a copy of your
KAGI confirmation.

- Rejected Orders
- KAGI does not like Anonymous email addresses (hotmail, rocketmail, mailexcite,
yahoo, juno, usa.net, geocities, etc.) or anonymous email forwarder (netforward,
etc.) which are impossible to trace so please use a real Email address when ordering or
KAGI will reject your order.

- We do not take or process credit cards orders, everything is done
from this page on Internet. Our software is for export only
because it is in
English only.
Shipping
All prices above include
Air Mail which is our standard shipping method. We generally
ship in same (next week if you order on non opening days or Friday
afternoon). The package takes around 10 to 15 days to arrive in most
locations including US. If not received after 3 weeks you should
contact us at orders@orionmicro.com and we will correct immediately.
If you want special
shipping you should contact us first for a quote. UPS, FedEx
and Purolator from Canada are expensive ($25+) and not
specially quick. The excuse for delays is always that they had problems in customs
(despite
all attached declarations etc...) so unless you are in real hurry
First class Air Mail is by far the best and cheapest solution.
If you have a Corporate
account with UPS, FedEx or Purolator,
specify the account number in the comments section of the order or
in a separate Email and we will ship using your account number.

- All site licenses:
- Receive 2 master copies of the
software and install on a server or on different computers for the number of copies
ordered .
- You must designate a single point of contact. This need not
be a particular person, but one or two Email addresses to coordinate all support activity.
Any requests for technical support or upgrades should go through that person or office. A
technical person is recommended.
- When installed on a server, you must prevent users from
copying the program(s) on theirs local computers, and make sure that you are not running
more copies than allowed by your license.
- Site licenses may NOT be transferred to another organization
or person.
- Site licenses include FREE Tech Support and upgrade as
standard copies
- Site licenses used in colleges/universities are for faculty,
staff, and students on that campus running on University computers. Students cannot take
copies on their own computer at home.
